DEFINITIONS

"Lintvern" means Lintvern Technologies d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia (VAT: SI10985905). "Service" means the player intelligence scoring platform including the free scan, pilot, and production offerings. "Operator" or "Client" means the iGaming operator engaging Lintvern's services. "Data" means the anonymised player behavioral data provided by the Operator for scoring.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Lintvern provides data-driven player scoring (bonus abuse, churn risk, promo sensitivity, VIP uplift) by connecting to the Operator's data warehouse. Scores are written back as player attributes. Lintvern does not replace or modify the Operator's CRM platform. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Order Form.

FREE SCAN

The free scan is a one-time evaluation service. The Operator provides anonymised data exports (CSV or Parquet). Lintvern delivers a Scan Report within 7 business days. The free scan creates no obligation to proceed to production. Lintvern may decline a scan request at its discretion.

DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The Operator retains full ownership of all data provided to Lintvern. Lintvern will not share, sell, or use Operator data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed service. Raw player data is processed only within the Operator's warehouse environment where possible. Lintvern maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Lintvern retains all intellectual property rights in its scoring models, algorithms, methodologies, and platform. The Operator receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the scores and outputs for internal CRM and marketing purposes only. No licence to the underlying model or code is granted.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Lintvern's aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Lintvern is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims. Scores are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees of player behaviour. Operators remain solely responsible for all CRM and promotional decisions.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Lintvern may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: April 2026.
